Key Roles And Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to LNG cargo operations, settlement reconciliation and operational reporting. You will work closely with the Commercial Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day processes and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Assist in settlement reconciliation, backcharge processing and drafting letters for customers.
- Support audit documentation and compliance processes.
- Prepare invoice cycle reports and meter delta reports.
- Manage truck loading operations, including submissions, queries, and billing.
- Coordinate LNG cargo operations: documentation, permits, surveyor appointments, and invoice verification
- Update monthly maintenance dates in system and prepare duty files for cross-over months.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Interest in energy and LNG operations is a plus.
