Intern, Commercial and Marketing

JOOLA is one of the world's leading table tennis brands and one of the fastest-growing pickleball brands globally. With operations across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, JOOLA is expanding rapidly through retail, eCommerce, distributors and strategic partnerships.

We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial & Marketing Intern to join our APAC team in Singapore for a 6-month full-time internship.

This role offers broad exposure to Commercial Planning & Operations, with Marketing exposure across multiple APAC markets. You will support regional initiatives that help improve commercial processes, business reporting, pricing documentation, cross-functional coordination and marketing operations.

What you'll be involved in:

• Supporting APAC pricing, commercial trackers and reporting templates

• Consolidating data across sales, marketing, product and distributor activities

• Supporting commercial product launch tracking and distributor coordination

• Preparing monthly business reports and commercial meeting materials

• Assisting with marketing competitor research, influencer tracking, content calendars and event administration where needed

• Exploring simple ways to improve reporting consistency and process efficiency using digital and AI productivity tools

Who we're looking for:

• University students currently studying, recent graduates or early-career candidates looking for hands-on commercial and marketing operations exposure

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with Excel, PowerPoint and trackers

• Good communication, follow-through and coordination skills

• Interest in sports, consumer brands, retail, eCommerce or regional business operations

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and wants exposure to how a fast-growing sports brand manages commercial planning, product launches, distributor coordination and marketing execution across APAC
