Job Description
Job Purpose
Keenai Global is Lighthouse Canton's institutional-grade multi-asset trading platform serving sophisticated investors across Asia. As a MAS-licensed firm, we maintain direct relationships with tier-1 global counterparties, providing clients with seamless access to global markets, structured products, alternatives, and margin financing solutions.
We are looking for a sharp, curious intern to join our Client Experience and Revenue Operations team. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role - you will get close to real client data, new systems as they are being built, and the day-to-day mechanics of how a fast-growing wealth platform runs. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants front-row exposure to how a modern wealth platform onboards, supports and reconciles for its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Onboarding
- Support the client onboarding journey - from account opening and KYC coordination to first login on Keenai Wealth.
- Coordinate with the Legal team on fund onboarding requirements and documentation.
- Help respond to client and advisor queries, and help keep onboarding materials and FAQs up to date.
- Help gather client and advisor feedback and share it with the relevant internal teams.
Revenue Operations & Systems
- Support revenue operations tasks such as data reconciliation, billing checks and fee-related queries.
- Help test new systems as they're built - including the CRM and other internal tools - and flag issues to the team.
- Support dashboard reconciliation, making sure numbers tie out consistently across systems.
- Help drive the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) process for clients coming in from India.
- Help sort through and clean up the trade blotter.
Data & Reporting Support
- Work closely with the team to help ensure client data feeding into internal reports is accurate and complete.
- Support light competitive research on client experience practices at other platforms, as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis for internal business reviews.
What You Will Gain
Hands-on exposure to client experience and revenue operations, and how client data comes together across systems. A front-row seat to new tools and platforms as they are built and tested, plus real client-facing processes like LRS and fund onboarding. Exposure to colleagues across Operations, Client Experience and Legal. Practical, real-world experience in client servicing, reconciliation and internal reporting.
Requirements
Essential
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Good academic record with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in wealth management and client experience.
Preferred
- Prior internship experience in financial services, client servicing or operations is a plus, but not required.
Personal Attributes
- Attentive to detail and organised.
- Proactive, and comfortable asking questions.
- Comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Duration
- Start immediately and commit for at least 3 months. 6 months is highly preferred.
