Job Overview:
We are looking for two (2) interns to join our Singapore office, supporting key initiatives across business process improvement, SAP gap analysis, and sustainability traceability (EUDR).
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in cross-functional operations, data analysis, and sustainability compliance within a dynamic industrial environment.
Internship Scope (Multiple Tracks Available)
Depending on your assigned project, you may be involved in one or more of the following areas:
1. Business Process & SAP Gap Analysis
- Map and document workflows for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Analyze gaps between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Excel, manual processes)
- Identify inefficiencies such as duplicate data entry, manual workarounds, and data inconsistencies
- Support process optimization and improve system integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics
2. Sustainability & EUDR Traceability Support
- Assist in geospatial data management, including GPS data cleaning and polygon verification
- Support documentation for sustainability compliance (e.g., farmer data, land records)
- Perform data validation and identify gaps in traceability records
- Contribute to workflow improvements for certified sourcing and traceability (e.g., EUDR, Rainforest Alliance)
- Support reporting, tracking progress, and audit preparation
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, Environmental/Sustainability, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
