Job Description

What You Will Do

Assist in researching potential business opportunities in the Cruise, Attractions, and Events & Entertainment sectors to evaluate and prioritize new business leads.
Onboard new travel products - this can range from cruises, car services and events on Klook's platform
Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
Work with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Support in maintaining relationships with current partners by addressing their needs and ensuring mutual growth.
Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and administrative tasks related to merchants
Assist in various vertical related projects where applicable, including formulating a project plan, execution of the project and post project reporting/analysis.
Track the performance of partnerships through reporting and analytics.

What You Will Need

Effective communicator to share and receive key information with the ability to build relationships with key contacts across the company
Attention to detail, organised and meticulously motivated to prioritise tasks on hand and to improve Klook merchant experience
Work proactively and well both independently, and in teams
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
Familiarity with content management systems, data entry, customer service experience would be plus
Work experience in a multicultural, cross-functional, or start-up environment would be a plus
