Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of data warehousing and data-driven analytics initiatives.
- Assist the department in resolving data-related, cross-functional issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help develop analytical tools to track business improvement initiatives.
- Help ensure that a proper data governance framework is adopted, implemented effectively, and streamlined across the business.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support operational needs.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Background in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Exp erience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with, and knowledge of, building business or other types of data dashboards.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and related technologies.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry trends and metrics relevant to the solar PV industry is an advantage.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset with strong learning agility, and the ability to identify and openly share new ideas.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues to gain buy-in, alignment, and support.
- Strong project and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Passion for the renewable energy industry.
