FP Global is a cross-border workforce solutions and recruitment firm operating across APAC, with a strong focus on innovation, automation, and operational excellence. As we scale our AI-driven initiatives, we are building an internal team that will help us leverage data, advanced automation, and emerging technologies to transform how recruitment and workforce solutions are delivered.
This internship is a rare opportunity to work directly on an AI project where your ideas, curiosity, and resourcefulness will have real impact.
We are seeking an energetic, curious, and highly driven intern to support FP Global's internal AI project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys experimenting with new tech, and wants hands-on exposure to practical AI applications across business operations.
You will act as the primary point of contact and administrator for the project - coordinating tasks, testing workflows, documenting processes, refining ideas, and helping drive execution from concept to implementation.
This role goes beyond admin: we want someone who is excited to learn, question assumptions, propose improvements, and actively shape the project.

Support in preparing summaries, reports, and internal updates
Explore new tools, features, and AI products that may enhance FP Global's workflow
Conduct lightweight research on automation, data processing, and AI-driven recruitment tools
Propose ideas to optimise current processes and elevate user experience
Support the team in implementing and refining new workflows
Identify inefficiencies and suggest pragmatic improvements
Drive small initiatives independently with mentorship and guidance
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Based in Singapore with the right to work locally
Strong curiosity about AI, automation, and modern technology
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
Bilingual in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Zapier, Airtable, or ChatGPT
Interest in data, logic, workflow design, or product thinking
Prior internship or school project involving tech or operations
Hands-on exposure to real AI workflows in a commercial environment
Opportunity to shape an internal innovation roadmap
Direct mentorship from senior leadership
Experience that blends technology, operations, and business strategy
A platform to propose ideas, experiment, and see your work deployed
Potential for extension or conversion depending on performance
If you are someone who learns fast, asks questions, experiments boldly, and wants to be part of an ambitious AI project, we would love to meet you.
