Intermediate Interior Designer for Hospitality Group

We are seeking an Interior Designer to take on a key role in delivering design solutions for our hospitality projects. The position covers the full design process, from concept to completion, with a focus on FF&E and space planning and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead concept development and spatial design for hospitality and FF&E projects

. Translate design intent into drawings, sketches, and detailed documentation

. Develop space plans and furniture layouts tailored to hospitality requirements

. Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals for client approval

. Conduct weekly site visits to review progress and ensure design quality

. Oversee design development from concept through construction detailing to tender

. Review and approve shop drawings, material samples and finishes for accuracy

. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align with design vision

. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements

. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

. Proven working experience as a Senior Designer/Intermediate Designer, preferably in a similar industry or firm for at least 4 years

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and PowerPoint

. Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and clear communication skills

. Experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification for hospitality interiors

. Demonstrated creativity and strong design sensibility, with keen attention to detail

. Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively

. A portfolio of completed interior design projects is required
