About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Intermediaries and Channel Director to drive the growth and expansion of our channel partner and intermediary networks across the US market. The role will focus on establishing strategic partnerships that broaden market reach and accelerate revenue generation.
Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Development
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners and intermediaries aligned with company objectives.
- Develop comprehensive partner onboarding programs and processes.
- Create tiered partnership structures to accommodate different partner types and capabilities.
- Establish clear partner criteria and qualification frameworks.
Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and escalations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments.
- Facilitate partner feedback into product and service improvements.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop go-to-market strategies specifically for channel distribution.
- Create partner-specific marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Design incentive programs and compensation structures to motivate partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align channel strategies.
Performance Management & Analytics
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs.
- Generate regular reports on channel growth, revenue contribution, and market penetration.
- Implement corrective actions for underperforming partnerships.
Training & Support
- Develop training programs for partner sales teams and technical staff.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure partner success.
- Organize partner events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or partner relations.
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner networks.
- Strong understanding of US legal and accounting market dynamics.
- Experience with CRM systems and partner management platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
