Interior Studio Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated Interior Studio Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical skills, able to translate design concepts into detailed 3D visuals and precise technical drawings.

Key responsibilties :

Develop interior design concepts and presentations from conceptual stage to final execution.

Produce accurate 3D models, layouts, and detailed drawings using SketchUp/Coohom and AutoCAD.

Create compelling visuals, mood boards, and presentations with Photoshop and Coohom.

Generate high-quality renderings using D5 Render, Enscape, or V-Ray.

Collaborate with design team and project managers to ensure design intent is achieved.

Assist in space planning, furniture layouts, and material selections.

Ensure all designs comply with project requirements, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Coohom.

Skilled in rendering with D5, Enscape, or V-Ray.

Strong design visualization and presentation skills.

Ability to produce detailed technical drawings for construction.

Fast learner with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Nice-to-Have (Optional but Advantageous)

Experience with Revit or 3ds Max.

Knowledge of furniture construction detailing/modular system furniture.

Prior studio experience in residential or commercial projects.

Basic project management and client-facing skills (but not necessary).
