Interior Sales Designer (Junior / Senior Roles)

Job Description

. Industry/ Organization: Manufacturer (Carpentry, Interior Design & Renovation)

. Position Title: Sales Interior Designer

Role & Responsibilities:

. Handle sales enquiry and provide quotation

. Measuring customer site, determining the cost of completion and project requirements.

. Advise and prepare space planning, quotations and schedule to present to customers

. Liaise with customers to understand their renovation preferences and requirements.

. Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

. Present 3D perspective drawings to client, and pitch the complete design decisions

. Liaise with designers concerning interior design layouts and drawings standards/details. Identifying and communicating potential problems to the team.

. Work with different stakeholders (ie. customers and contractors/vendors) to coordinate the renovation work.

. Oversee and set a timeline to ensure of smooth completion of the project.

. Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved

.Manage project renovation sites

. Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

. Able to communicate with mandarin speaking subcons

. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

. Independent and able to multi-tasked.

. Good team player

. Strong ownership and proactive in learning

. Proficient in Illustration, AutoCAD or sketchup

. At least 2 years of relevant local Singapore experience.

. Preferable to speak Mandarin.
