Requirements

Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience
Positive attitude, driven, and self-motivated
Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Design Consultation

• Attend to walk-in and online enquiries
• Meet with prospective clients
• Provide layout planning, material selection & renovation proposals
• Prepare quotations and presentations

2. Project Coordination

• Liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Schedule and oversee project timelines
• Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction

3. On-Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site visits
• Perform quality checks and resolve issues
• Ensure workmanship meets design intent and standards
