Job Summary
You will work under Senior Designers on residential and commercial projects, collaborating with contractors and suppliers to deliver innovative interior design solutions that meet client requirements and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Designers to understand and translate clients requirements into design solutions
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for residential and commercial projects using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and Photoshop
- Manage project tasks and schedules in coordination with Senior Designers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain proactive and consistent communication throughout project phases to ensure satisfaction
- Build and sustain excellent customer relationships to foster trust and repeat business
- Collaborate effectively within the design team and with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Utilize IT tools including phone apps, social media, ZOOM, Google Docs, and MS Office to enhance project coordination and communication
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new roles as the company grows
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
- Bilingual proficiency preferred to support diverse client communications
- Site experience to understand practical aspects of project implementation
- Strong creativity, flexibility, and innovation in design approach
- Passion for excellence in design and appreciation for international art and culture
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Service-oriented attitude with proactive problem-solving and good communication skills
