Interior Designer

Job Requirements:

• Use AUTOCAD system to draw construction shop drawing
• Provide support on daily operation activities which including office upkeep/maintenance
• Coordinate work arrangement with internal & external stakeholders
• General office support
• Handle sensitive information in confidential manner
• Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient
• Documentation and simple processing duties
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of MS office
• Proactive & able to work
• Able to work in fast paced environment Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Civil Engineering / Structural & AUTOCAD draw experience in related fields
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels
