Interior Designer (With Monthly Salary + Commission)

Job title: Sales Consultants (Renovations Projects - Landed / Condo / HDB)

Salary / Compensation:

• Important note: this is NOT a freelance sales ID position with purely just commission based

• This is a full time position - we provide fixed monthly salary, CPF contribution, annual leave, medical leave, maternity leave, AWS, staff benefits

• For all confirmed projects - No need to run or manage the project sites, our operations team will take over and manage all the project sites

• Starting Base Salary: SGD3500 + 3% commission based on project revenue

• Sales commission are based on project revenue (NOT profit - NOT your typical ID pay structure)

• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling of sales inquiries

• Verified and good quality leads provided by company

• Meet up, discuss and communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements, budget constrains and ideas

• Preparation of sales checklist, preparation of quotation and following up with client

• Basic space planning & design conceptualization

• Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients

• Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests

Requirements:

• You need to be determine, desperate and hungry for sales - We are looking for sales-driven personnel NOT an admin assistant

• Presentable and great charisma with good people skills

• Street smart, quick thinker and willing to go the extra mile

• Able to work independently with problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• Those without experience but are willing to put in the hard work are welcome to apply

• Have previous experience in interior renovation sales with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects (condo/HDB/landed)

• No formal education required but minimum O level

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup or Photoshop are advantageous
