Interior Designer

• Position : Interior Designer
• Location : Eunos
• Working hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,800 + AWS + 12 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Interior Design

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative design solutions based on client needs and project objectives.
• Produce space layout plans, concept boards, 3D renderings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Source and select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project construction progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level qualifications or related
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
