Interior Designer/Sales Designer

Benefits:

. 5-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month

. 2% medical pay per month

Key Responsibilities

. Independently meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and design requirements.

. Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture and lighting.

. Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings and renderings.

. Prepare quotations, costing and project proposals based on clients requirements.

. Manage the client journey from initial consultation, design proposal and quotation to sales closing.

. Follow up on enquiries and leads and convert them into confirmed projects.

. Coordinate with relevant internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

. Manage project timelines, budgets and client expectations.

. Stay updated on interior design trends, materials and industry developments.

Requirements

. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design firm.

. Able to independently handle clients from consultation to project confirmation.

. Experience in preparing quotations, costing and design proposals.

. Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes and detailed design drawings.

. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop.

. Strong communication, client management and sales closing skills.

. Able to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
