. Meet clients to understand their renovation needs, preferences and budget.
. Prepare interior design concepts, space planning and layout drawings.
. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D drawings and design presentations.
. Prepare renovation quotations and material selections.
. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and site workers.
. Conduct site measurements and site inspections.
. Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to the approved design.
. Handle project follow-up from design stage to completion.
. Any other duties related to interior design and renovation projects.
Requirements
. Diploma / Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
. Experience in interior design / renovation is preferred.
. Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or other design software.
. Able to read and understand technical drawings.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
. Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
. Good knowledge of renovation materials and construction processes will be an advantage.
. Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
