Preparing detailed design plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualisations to effectively communicate design ideas
Sourcing and selecting high-quality materials, furniture, and accessories
Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
Providing on-site supervision and quality control throughout the construction and installation phases
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations
What we're looking for
Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents
Require English and mandarin
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field or Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
