Interior Designer - Private Residential Developments

We are a dynamic interior design firm specializing in creating bespoke residential and hospitality spaces. • Salary Package: $4,500 - $5,500 + yearly performance bonus

• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Location: Nearest MRT - Redhill MRT

Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced interior designer to join our team, focusing on private residential developments. The ideal candidate will be design-driven, highly collaborative, and able to translate creative ideas into practical, buildable solutions.

General Duties

• Lead design development for residential and/or hospitality projects.

• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to execute design concepts.

• Resolve technical challenges while maintaining design intent.

• Develop creative ideas, space planning, and design solutions, producing SketchUp 3D models and construction drawings.

• Manage project budgets and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design.

• 2 years of professional experience (Remuneration based on experience).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint.
