Job Description
Your Role
- Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works
- Attend all design consultations and site meetings
- Prepare high standards of 3D and AutoCAD Drawings, Material Boards
- Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules
- Brief and explain to contractors the proposed design intents and finishes
- Ensure quality and a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Experience in designing residential and hospitality projects
- Must possess skills in the following Computer-Aided Software Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD & Adobe Photoshop
- It is good to have the following skillset in Autodesk 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray
- Highly motivated, confident, and eloquent with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
