- Meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.
- Follow up with clients regularly, understand their needs, and provide suitable design solutions.
- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture, and lighting.
- Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings, and renderings.
- Prepare quotations, costing, and project proposals based on clients requirements.
- Manage clients from initial consultation, design proposal, and quotation through to project confirmation and sales closing.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an Interior Design firm.
- Able to handle clients from initial consultation to project confirmation.
- Experience in preparing quotations, costing, and design proposals.
- Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes, and detailed design drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong communication, client follow-up, and sales closing skills.
