Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed drawings and shop drawings independently for assigned projects.
Responsible for producing a full set of technical drawings from concept design to construction stage.
Provide space planning, design conceptualization, and material & colour scheme proposals based on clients requirements.
Develop accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings with attention to detail.
Attend client meetings to understand project objectives and translate ideas into workable design solutions.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of detailed drawings, technical drawings, and material specifications.
Able to work independently and manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Creative with good design sense and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 13 years of relevant interior design experience preferred.
