INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job Description

. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects

. To work on interior design proposals and presentations

. Involve in site measurements, layout plan & selection of material used

. Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings

. Responsible for the production of interior design drawing as well as 3D drawings

. Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects

. Project management

. Site supervision

. Liaise with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.

. Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires

. Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs

. Progressive reporting to director on clients issues.

. Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Requirement

1) High Proficiency with AutoCAD

2) Excellent 3D rendering skills - 3DS Max required

3) Familiar use of Sketchup

4) Ability to hand or computer sketch
