Our work often integrates architecture, interiors, landscape, and urban design, with a strong focus on design quality from concept to completion.
As we expand, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our Singapore office. The selected candidate will be involved in high-end, design-driven projects and play a key role in the delivery of conceptually rich and technically resolved work. This position requires someone who is creative, highly motivated, and aligned with our design ethos.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interior design concepts for a variety of project typologies.
- Work on projects from concept development to project completion, including feasibility studies, detail drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop and present mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Participate in client, consultant, and supplier meetings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project team members for seamless project delivery.
- Manage project timelines and handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Provide on-site support and attend site meetings when required.
- Work beyond regular office hours and on weekends when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to conceptualise and execute ideas with clarity.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in rendering software such as 3ds Max, Corona, or D5 Render is recommended.
- Good understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction techniques.
- Skilled in space planning and interior specifications.
- Fluent in English proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage for liaising with regional suppliers and clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Responsible for producing high-quality 2D and 3D visuals.
