Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to clients project requirements and budget constraints
- Engage with clients to understand their renovation needs and present tailored design solutions
- Coordinate project activities by conducting site visits and managing timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Support the operation teams to manage and coordinate project handover, and ensure successful execution from concept through completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors to align project execution with design specifications and quality standards
- Manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong passion for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design
- Apply good knowledge in selecting colours and materials for projects
- Utilize proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Autodesk, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, PowerPoint, and similar design software is an advantage
- Understand furnishings, spatial planning, design principles, BOQ, and quotations
- Thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Exhibit proactive and conscientious teamwork skills
- Able to manage projects tasks independently
