Interior design and renovation company is hiring Interior Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations
- Prepare tender and construction documentation
- Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
- Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings
- Responsible for the production of interior design drawing as well as 3D drawings
- Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects
- Project management
- Liaise with English and Bilingual speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
- Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Progressive reporting to director on clients issues.
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of working experience in Relevant industry.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with SketchUp and Photoshop
- Hands-on CAD literacy essential (AutoCad)
- Personal Qualities
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Sense of humour
Salary:
. Depends on experience ($2,000 to $3,500)
