- To provide interior design expertise and related services
- To meet and discuss with clients regarding design details and project scope
- To receive requirement brief from client and discuss project with internal project team and contractors
- To conceptualize and carry out concept design, research, space planning
- To prepare design & construction(as-built) documentation
- To jointly implement project with project management personnel
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office design
- Well versed in AutoCad, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop
- Able to conceptualize and have creative flair
- Good knowledge in construction drawings and detailing
- Handling of project independently from inception to completion, an added advantage
- Effective writing and communication skills
- Resourceful, organized and has a high level of self-responsibility
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent
