Job Summary
You will coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure architectural plans meet requirements, oversee shop drawing production, monitor construction progress on-site, and maintain accurate project documentation to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project communication and coordination
- Review architectural plans and specifications to verify compliance with project requirements and construction standards
- Oversee the production and coordination of detailed shop drawings to support contractor execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and records
- Support project schedule management to track timelines and assist in meeting deadlines
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in local Construction or Interior Design works
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software to produce and review technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
