Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Company Description KAPA Design Collective is a multi-disciplinary design platform known for award-winning work in luxury property development and asset enhancement. The team collaborates across disciplines to deliver bespoke solutions for residential, commercial, and investment properties. KAPA focuses on self-expression, creativity, and craftsmanship, guiding clients from concept to completion. The collective partners with clients to bring their vision to life and create spaces where lifestyle and design blend seamlessly into exceptional environments.

Responsibilities:

Assist in design development, space planning, and preparation of technical drawings.
Produce design presentations, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and resolve design-related issues.
Support senior designers in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Engage in discussions with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
Work on residential projects with potential exposure to other project types.

Requirements:

Diploma in Design or Architecture related courses
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Bilingual in Chinese and English (for client and supplier communications).
Possess 2–3 years of site experience in interior design or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to engage and learn.
Able to commit to job roster or project work
Prior residential project experience is an advantage
