Interior Designer

Interior Designers x 2for contractor ID firms specialize in commerical projects. Large offices, hotel etc. It can be station in office to do Sketchup 3D Max. Site coordination is optional depends on the candidate experiences. NOT COMMISSION BASED

Responsibilities:
. Develop commercial design concepts based on client requirements.

. Prepare technical drawings, layout plans, and detailed construction drawings for store renovations and fit-outs.

. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure design intent is accurately executed during renovation and installation stages.

. Conduct site measurements, site inspections, and supervise fit-out works when necessary.

. Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

. Present design proposals and material selections to clients when required.

. Assist in space planning and design revisions to meet client feedback and project constraints.

Requirements:

. Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

. 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design or fit-out projects.

. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other design software (SketchUp, 3D MAX).
. Strong technical drawing skills and understanding of materials and construction details.

. Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

. Good communication and coordination skills.

. A keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
