Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• To meet and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule
• To receive info from client and discuss project with internal team
• To prepare preliminary plans for initial meeting
• To present plans to client and building management
• To prepare detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings
• To co-ordinate the activities with internal project team, customers and building management authorities
• Responsible for color coordination, selection of materials / textures / images, furniture / fittings, specifications and preparation of color / material boards for presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and others to develop leading edge, innovative interior design solutions

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop & MS Office.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
