INTERIOR DESIGNER

Key Responsibilities:

. Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budgets, and timelines.

. Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor items.

. Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, and construction documents.

. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is met.

. Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement of design elements.

. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.

. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

. Proven experience as an Interior Designer (portfolio required).

. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.).

. Strong knowledge of space planning, building codes, and construction processes.

. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

. Good communication and client presentation skills.

. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

. Knowledge of sustainable/green design practices.

. Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation.

. Team player with the ability to work independently.
