Interior Designer

a) Involvement in marketing / winning work, to present and sell design proposals to Client.

b) Lead design documentation and material selections and working closely with suppliers to execute the design construction.

c) Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline.

d) Provide necessary presentation materials such as PowerPoint presentation slides, presentation packages etc. to present and sell creative solutions to client.

e) Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.

f) Deliver assigned projects in accordance with customer specifications and Company policies/standards.

g) Ensures that project schedule and budget are adhere to.

h) Manage and maintain Client relationship.

i) Collate and evaluate Client's feedback and highlighting Client's complaints for Management analysis.

j) Communicate with various level of people spanning from customer, the engineering team, Company Management, Contractors up to Vendors.

k) Handle the tasks of drawing and rendering work by using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop/Illustrator for each assigned project.
