Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

. Develop design proposals for client presentations, encompassing concept ideas, layout development, finishes, materials, and furniture

. Managing design programming and personal deadlines

. Producing design information, drawings, and 3D content

. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

. Assist in material and furniture selection, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget constraints.

. Support construction monitoring to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the build process.

Requirement:

. Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or have similar experience in the design industry.

. Strong understanding of workplace ergonomics, office layouts, and space planning principles.

. Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace projects

. Strong communication skills

. Design and visualization skills, proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop)

. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
