Interior Designer (Commercial)

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Obtain client's requirement & site survey
. Ability to develop conceptual design
. Provide detail drawings and specification for construction.
. Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
. Source competitive quote/materials / samples
. Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
. Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge

. Diploma / Degree in Interior Design

. Experience in commercial and corporate interior design

. Competent in SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint , Excel and any other design software
. Innovative and extensive design skill
. Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
. Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
. Ability to work independently and team based environment
. Good communication skill for client management & presentation
