Job Summary
You will lead the conceptualization and execution of commercial interior design projects, collaborating with project managers and clients to deliver innovative commercial and exhibition booth solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop design and space planning solutions aligned with client needs and project objectives
- Collaborate with project managers to manage project drawings and client briefings from initiation through completion
- Produce comprehensive full set drawings for submission to customers and building management, including 3D visuals, layout plans, elevations, detailed drawings, and material boards
- Present design concepts confidently to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
- Conduct site visits for local and overseas projects to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications and quality standards
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials to inform design decisions and execution
- Utilize AutoCAD, 3D Max + Vray / Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office to create and present design concepts and documentation
- Work independently to meet project deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, challenging environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ITE / Diploma in Interior / Commercial Design or equivalent qualification
- Min. 2 year experience in commercial interior renovation and exhibition booth design
- Flexibility to work a 5-day week with adaptable working hours
- Ability to work remotely with potential changes based on circumstances
- Preferably residing in Singapore
