RESPONSIBLITIES
- Obtain client's requirement & site survey
- Develop design / detailed drawings
- Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
- Source competitive quote/materials / samples
- Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation
- Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
- Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection
Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)
- Min Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
- Min 2 years experience in designing corporate office projects
- Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint , Excel and any other design software
- Creative conceptual design ability
- Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
- Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
- Good team player and proactive
- Good communication skill for client management & presentation
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior role.
