Interior Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Able to conceptualize, sketch & create 2D & 3D drawings using design software such as CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, etc.

2. Outline client design objectives

3. Create design proposals, able to propose the design concept/solution meeting client requirements.

4. Source for materials & products required to execute the design plans.

5. Project management & coordination to ensure projects are completed in specific deadline.

6. Able to coordinate at various sites.

7. Inspect design during and after completion to determine whether client goals have been achieved.

8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.

2. Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent Design Certification

3. Proficient in the various design software (such as CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, etc.) and MS Office Applications.

4. Able to multi-task, resourceful and work independently, but also a team player.

5. Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic. Good sense for design and concepts.

6. Excellent communication skills, especially in communicating an artistic vision.
