Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in residential design, renovation, and design-and-build projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of local trends to deliver functional and aesthetically compelling homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead residential design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and interior styling.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure design vision is executed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Keep abreast of Singapore residential design trends, building codes, and sustainable practices to enhance project innovation and functionality.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
- Understand BCA rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design and renovation.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
