Interior Designer (BIM Modelling)

About:
Our client is a forward-thinking interior design firm specializing in corporate office projects across Singapore. We are seeking an Interior Designer skilled in BIM (Building Information Modelling) to join our client design team. The ideal candidate will translate design concepts into detailed digital models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models for interior design projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent.

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and schedules from BIM models.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Review and coordinate design models to identify clashes or inconsistencies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software and industry best practices.

• Assist in client presentations and visualizations using BIM outputs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with proven BIM expertise. Experience working on corporate office projects is added advantages.

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, or equivalent) and visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, 3ds Max, etc.).

• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines.
