Job Description

Conduct site visits to evaluate space availability, layout efficiency, and overall design potential
Meet with clients to understand their preferences for interior styles, colour schemes, and project objectives
Analyse client requirements and translate them into creative and functional design concepts
Develop initial sketches, mood boards, and colour palettes to visualize the design idea
Present design proposals and gather client feedback before moving to the detailed design stage
Prepare CAD drawings and technical plans for contractors and project teams
Coordinate with contractors and vendors such as carpenters, painters, plumbers, and electricians
Manage procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes needed for the project
Arrange client site visits and provide regular updates on project progress
Ensure project completion within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards
