INTERIOR DESIGN DRAUGHTSMAN

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Design Draughtsman to join our dynamic team at CLT Services Pte Ltd. As an Interior Design Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in transforming client visions into reality, contributing to the design and development of innovative and functional interior spaces. This is a full-time position based in our Jurong West office, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects within the Design & Architecture industry.

What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed technical drawings and CAD plans for interior design projects

• Collaborating with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into practical, buildable solutions

• Preparing presentation materials, including 3D visualisations, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients

• Ensuring all design work complies with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards

• Providing technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the design and implementation process

• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials and technologies

What we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field

• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp

• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed plans

• Experience in the design and development of commercial, residential or hospitality interiors

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and clients
