Working hours: 8am-5pm

Requirements
Assist in sourcing, cost negotiation and managing subcontractors selection and job scope.
Good leadership quality.
Responsible for reporting to Project Manager
Need to Work closely with various main cons.
Day to day management of the site
Managing costs and expenses
Conduct weekly meeting and weekly reporting
Site inspection and attend on-site tender meeting whenever required.
Work together with end-user during the design stage,understand their needs .
Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
Respond and attend to all emergency calls,after office hours for troubleshooting on any failure to the buildings electrical/mechanical system.
Must be able to read and do Autocad drawings.
