INTERIOR DESIGN DRAFTER

Responsible for planning and executing assigned projects within allocated budget and time

Development of design concepts, space planning for all layout and selection of materials based on client requirements and space availability

To liaise with external design team members, project managers, sub-contractors and relevant authorities

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, architecture or relevant qualifications

Min 3 - 5 years professional experience with strong design portfolio

Able to handle projects independently from concept to drawing

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Have a passion for design, a commitment to learning and desire to innovate

Preferably with building constructions experience

Competent in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop

3D Max ability is advantageous
