Job Summary

Lead design projects focused on retail outlets and educational facilities by planning spaces and ensuring compliance with Qualified Person (QP) requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional and compliant architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design retail outlet and educational facility projects to meet client needs and functional requirements
• Plan and optimize spatial layouts to enhance usability and aesthetics
• Coordinate with Qualified Persons (QP) to ensure all designs comply with regulatory and safety standards
• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings and plans for project execution
• Apply Adobe Photoshop skills to produce visual presentations and design concepts
• Use SketchUp to develop 3D models for client review and design validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design requirements and resolve project challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
