To foster connection and promote social cohesion between frail seniors, and children. The incumbent will ensure that all Intergenerational activities are created, implemented and evaluated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executes a multi-level intergenerational program with both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provides ongoing quality assurance in Intergenerational programming that
includes assisting and facilitating intergenerational programmes.
3. Develops a monthly planned schedule of intergenerational activities.
4. Responsible for both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of Intergenerational programmes.
5. Organises and facilitates monthly Intergenerational programmes meetings with
relevant stakeholders.
6. Coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure that Intergenerational
programmes are carried out regularly.
7. Provides a brief outline to garner buy-ins of Intergenerational programmes with all relevant employees during inter-department engagement sessions.
8. Schedules and facilitates special, and or celebratory events for residents with
aspects of promoting Intergenerational interactions.
9. Participates in research projects pertaining to Intergenerational activities.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
1. Assists in development of policies, public information and materials promoting
Intergenerational programming.
2. Any other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.
