Job Description

  • The candidate shall manage all daily system integrations between OSIT/WOG systems and e-HR and ensure data integrations are successful. The interfaces are categorized into five interface tracks as follows. These five interface track activities run concurrently on daily basis and each track needs to work with multiple parties including Subject Matter Expert, middleware, the interfacing counter-part and other suppliers, to ensure end-to-end operability of the interfaces.
    • Core-data related interfaces and configuration tables, including sub-systems/modules/task
    • Disciplinary and medical records related interfaces and configuration tables, including sub-systems/modules/task
    • Client's Internet portal and Commercial Cloud related interfaces and configuration tables, including sub-systems/modules/task
    • Payment related and customer activities related interfaces and configuration tables including sub-systems/modules/task
    • External agencies and other system related interfaces and configuration tables including sub-systems/modules/task
  1. The candidate shall manage all incoming and outgoing system interfaces from OSIT/WOG systems. This includes external interfaces, external projects, eServices, and applications from customers on client's Internet portals and Commercial Cloud.
  2. The candidate shall provide daily operations support in terms of batch job monitoring and error resolution.
  3. The candidate shall provide inputs for the development and deployment of CRs related to interfaces, such as during requirements gathering and UAT.
  4. The candidate shall profile and analyze data for issues and discrepancies using software tools (such as Microsoft office tools, SAP programs/queries or SQL provided by Client) when required.
  5. The candidate shall provide analysis and consultation services to OSIT/WOG systems to address operational issues and advise on resolutions to data-related issues.
  6. The candidate shall coordinate with the data owner, for HR data where manin-the-loop decision is required.
  7. The candidate shall monitor error logs and ensure timely resolution of interface errors.
  8. The candidate shall coordinate and perform secretariat role for meetings with different stakeholders and internal meetings. The candidate shall generate reports to management, various forums and prepare slides for presentations during meetings when required.
  9. The candidate shall maintain project resource assignments, track status and initiate appropriate actions in response to deviations from plan to keep the project on-track.
  10. The candidate shall perform data uploads for manual data transfers where required by Client.
  11. The candidate shall review, propose and update changes to the documentation where necessary. Examples of documentation are:
    • SOPs
    • Approval documents from Authority such as uploading and downloading of files
    • Data Catalogue
