Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, define, and manage all project interfaces (internal and external).
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and clients to ensure clarity in responsibilities and deliverables.
• Maintain the Interface Management Register and ensure timely updates.
• Facilitate effective communication between multidisciplinary engineering, design, and construction teams.
• Conduct regular interface coordination meetings and prepare reports, meeting minutes, and action plans.
• Serve as the central point of contact for interface-related issues.
• Review technical submissions to identify potential conflicts or gaps.
• Ensure design and construction activities are aligned with project requirements and schedules.
• Work closely with planning teams to integrate interface requirements into project timelines.
• Identify interface risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage all interface issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager or relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure interface documentation complies with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of interface agreements, drawings, and technical clarifications.
• Support project audits and reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in railway industry with recognised degree in relevant field.
• Experienced in system interface design and management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and document control systems.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
