Assistant Interface Manager, C3, Mobility Rail

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will be task to take an active role in managing interface projects from inception to completion.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Lead a team of system interface engineers in a site environment.
• Act as primary customer contact for ISCS Interface activities.
• Lead technical sessions with Customer, External Consultants andSWCs (System Wide Contractors) to discuss System Interface issues.
• Manage and be fully responsible for the planning and schedule of interface testing with subsystems of major SWCs.
• Working closely with software development teams to drive technical development leading the delivery of ISCS software for ITC (Integrated Testing and Commissioning activities)
• Follow up on Interface Related Documents such as but not limited to ICDs, IDDs, OMPDs, etc.
• Follow up with Software Development Team for software interface related issues, etc.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate should have at least 5years of relevant experience in railway systems.
• Good communication and customer management skills is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver project within tight timeline.
• Self-Management before being able to manage others is a must.
• Must be able to work as a team player as well as a team lead.

Reporting Relationship

• The incumbent reports to Manager, C3, Mobility Rail
